  • Job Description

    1. Collaborate with factories, vendors and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
    2. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with factories to restock finished goods.
    3. Resolve issues with managers that come up (e.g. delays in delivery, accidents).
    4. Implement and maintain processes for efficient and cost-effective transportation of goods.
    5. Identify and address Supply and Logistical issues to improve overall supply chain performance.
    6. Develop and maintain relationships with customers and vendors.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    EDUCATION / MAJOR:
    -Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply China Management, Logistics

    EXPERIENCE:
    1. 3–5 years of experience in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Operations.
    2. Experience in Multinational / Cross-border supply chain operations.
    3. Automotive industry experience strongly preferred, including exposure to OEM, Tier 1, or Tier 2 environments, with experience in supply chain functions.
    4. Experience working with multinational or Japanese companies is an advantage.

    SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/ABILITIES REQUIRED:
    1. Strong understanding of global supply chain network design and optimization.
    2. Risk management expertise (supply disruption, geopolitical risk, logistics risk).
    3. Familiarity with manufacturing, production planning, and supply-demand balancing
    4. Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; capable of building models and concise presentations.
    5. Strong communication, logical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
    6. Proactive, high ownership, and able to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
    7. Business-level English and Japanese communication skills.
    8. Knowledge of SAP systems is an advantage.
