  • Job Description

    • Assist in creating and managing price requests and transfer price applications (catalog, APP, and special pricing) through Salesforce (SFDC).
    • Generate accurate customer quotations by incorporating approved pricing, POP/POS inputs, and formatting final PDF proposals.
    • Respond to inbound sales leads from customers promptly and ensure timely follow-up on all customer inquiries.
    • Support FAEs in preparing solution proposals for customers during the demand creation stage of New Business Opportunities (NBOs).
    • Manage high-frequency, low-volume, and dynamic logistics demands during the New Product Introduction (NPI) phase, including sample requests, purchase order (PO) expedites, and part design changes.
    • Coordinate support and align resources from Operations to resolve logistics issues during project ramp-up, including rectifying PO discrepancies and managing expedites.
    • Work collaboratively with internal departments (e.g., Operations, Finance, Engineering) to support all aspects of the sales process and ensure smooth execution of customer requirements.
    • Salesforce administration – maintain and update project opportunities in Salesforce to ensure data accuracy and visibility across the organization.
    • Support the implementation of sales strategies in alignment with corporate objectives and contribute to achieving revenue targets.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
    • 4+ years of relevant experience in sales operations or technical sales support preferred.
    • Demonstrates fluency in English, both spoken and written.
    • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Effective communicator with ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools; experience with quotation and pricing systems is a plus.
