    ■ Key Responsibilities

    • Lead new business creation (0→1 business development)
    • Develop and propose marketing and advertising solutions based on client needs
    • Drive new client acquisition, particularly targeting Thai and Global companies
    • Design integrated campaigns combining media, location, and digital strategies
    • Conduct market research and develop business models and revenue structures
    • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (Thailand team, Japan HQ)

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    ■ Requirements
    • Demonstrable experience building a business from scratch, evidenced by past projects or roles
    • Professional background in business development, sales, strategy, or consulting, verifiable through prior job titles and responsibilities
    • Proven record of owning projects and delivering measurable results, demonstrated by completed initiatives or documented outcomes
    • Experience working in unstructured or rapidly changing environments, shown by past roles involving ambiguity or new project creation
    • Business-level English and Japanese; Japanese proficiency equivalent to JLPT N2 or higher

    ■ Advantage:
    • Advertising experience, demonstrated by prior roles or campaign work
