  • Job Description

    - Lead product development from concept, formula development, testing, production, to product launch.
    - Design formulations that balance performance, cost, scalability, and market fit.
    - Scale up formulations from laboratory to commercial production and troubleshoot production issues.
    - Oversee quality, stability, safety testing, and product readiness before market launch.
    - Analyze and resolve formulation, production process, and product quality issues.
    - Plan and manage quality assurance, stability, safety testing, and pre-launch readiness activities.
    - Establish and develop R&D, Production Support systems, and implement GMP / ISO 22716 standards to support sustainable factory growth.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    - 5+ years of senior-level R&D experience in the cosmetics industry
    - Proven experience in end-to-end product development from Concept → Formula → Testing → Production → Launch
    - Experience across Skincare, Makeup, and Personal Care products
    - Experience with raw materials, active ingredients, formulation science, and cost control
    - Experience with GMP / ISO 22716, documentation, and regulatory requirements
