  • Job Description

    1. Develop and execute plans to identify, prospect, and build new customers by executing strategies to build new positive business relationships.
    2. Cultivate and nurture strategic partnerships with global electronics customer OEM/EMS to expand the Company's market presence and enhance overall sales prospects.
    3. Establish, develop, and maintain strong working relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business and identify potential upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
    4. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market changes, and competitors' activities to maintain a competitive edge and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
    5. Effectively present and promote the Company's value proposition and services, franchised and non- franchised product lines to both existing and prospective customers, providing them with necessary information, support, technical proposals, and excellent customer service to foster long-lasting relationships.
    6. Provide technical guidance and support to customers in the pre and post-sales phases, including product demonstrations, troubleshooting, and resolving any technical challenges.
    7. Conduct technical training sessions for customers on product features, functionalities, and best practices.
    8. Embrace new project assignments and tasks as directed by the Company, contributing to the growth and development of the organization.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    - Minimum 3+ years of experience in semiconductor sales or a technical sales role within the semiconductor industry.
    - In-depth knowledge of semiconductor components, their applications, and market trends.
    - Business level og English.
    - Own car and driving license.
    【Advantage】
    - Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets and cultivating strong customer relationships.
    - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
    - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
