  • Job Description

    Job Responsibilities :
    - Manage factory operations, including safety, quality control, and production process management
    - Supervise and provide guidance to production line workers and factory staff
    - Monitor production schedules and ensure on-time delivery
    - Manage raw materials, inventory, and handling of hazardous materials in compliance with safety standards
    - Improve manufacturing efficiency and production quality
    - Support and coordinate factory audits to ensure compliance with customer and international standards
    - Communicate and coordinate with partner factories regarding production issues and improvements
    - Provide technical support and operational guidance, especially related to bag and apparel manufacturing

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    - Demonstrable knowledge of factory management, including safety, quality, and production control
    - Experience handling factory operations and on-site supervision in factories of approximately 100–500 employees
    - Japanese: JLPT N3 or above
    - English: Business-level proficiency

    【Advantage】
    - Experience in sewing/apparel manufacturing
    - Leadership experience in factory operations or production teams
