• Job Description

  - Inspect, maintain, repair, and manage production machinery to ensure normal operation.
  - Prepare and implement preventive maintenance plans to reduce machine breakdown rates.
  - Be responsible for machine installation, testing, adjustment, acceptance, and technical document management.
  - Analyze machine failure causes and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  - Manage machine spare parts and control maintenance costs.
  - Participate in machine improvement projects, technology development, and automation systems.
  - Coordinate with the production department to solve machine-related issues and support production plans.
  - Prepare and update machine operation and maintenance documents.
  - Follow machine safety and maintenance regulations.
  - Have knowledge and understanding of the IATF 16949 system.
  - Perform other tasks assigned by supervisors.
