  • Job Description

    - Provide trial environments to prospective customers acquired by the sales team
    - Support customers in achieving their goals after the trial is provided
    - Join sales in large meetings and negotiate directly with customers when necessary
    - Provide inbound support
    - Fingerprint / Face scanner basic installation
    - Provide outbound support (work closely with customers to help them achieve their goals)
    - Test company's products, i.e. mobile application, payroll systems.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    [Must]
    - English communication skill
    - Good computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
    -Have at least 1 year in Customer Support or Customer Service or related field

    [Advantage]
    - Japanese proficiency at N3 level is preferred
