    - Managing inventory control and stock monitoring
    - Handling purchase orders and sales orders with domestic suppliers and customers
    - Coordinating delivery schedules and lead times with local business partners
    - Providing shipment and delivery instructions to warehouse and logistics companies
    - Supporting the sales team with administrative and coordination tasks
    - Preparing and updating reports, records, and operational documents using Excel
    - Coordinating internally with related departments to ensure smooth operations
    - Assisting with general administrative duties assigned by management

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Bachelor’s degree
    - 1–3 years of relevant working experience
    - Communicative English (Conversational level or above)

    [Advantage]
    - Experience in administrative support, inventory control, logistics coordination, or sales support is preferred
    - Experience working in a Japanese company is highly preferred
