• Job Description

  1. New Model / APQP
  - Responsible for New Model development following APQP Phase 1–5
  - Control timelines, risks, and issues to meet customer milestones
  - Support trial runs, line buy-off, capacity verification, and SOP readiness
  
  2. Process Design / Process Flow
  - Design and develop process design in line with drawings, specifications, and customer requirements
  - Prepare and maintain Process Flow Diagrams aligned with actual production lines
  - Analyze cycle time, line balance, manpower, and capacity
  - Develop and update Work Instructions (WI) and Standard Operations
  - Support process changes from engineering changes or customer requests
  
  3. PFMEA / Risk Management (IATF 16949)
  - Prepare, analyze, and update PFMEA in compliance with IATF 16949 / AIAG requirements
  - Perform risk analysis (Severity / Occurrence / Detection)
  - Define and track action plans to reduce RPN
  - Link PFMEA with Control Plans, WI, and Kaizen activities
  - Participate in problem-solving activities (8D, Why-Why, Fishbone)
  
  4. BOM / Engineering Change Control
  - Verify and control BOM (Bill of Materials) to ensure accuracy and alignment with drawings and specifications
  - Support ECR / ECN / customer change processes
  
  5. Kaizen / Continuous Improvement
  - Drive Kaizen activities in line with factory targets
  - Analyze defects, scrap, rework, and line losses
  - Support cost reduction and productivity improvement initiatives
  
  6. Department Control / Cross-Functional Coordination
  - Supervise and monitor team/department performance
  - Coordinate with Production, QA, Maintenance, Planning, and Suppliers
  - Support customer audits, IATF 16949, and internal audits
  - Prepare KPI, issue, risk, and improvement reports for management
