    • Manage fleet utilization (dispatch) and related costs
    • Analyze issues, improve processes, and report to management

    • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in fleet maintenance or service center management
    • Solid experience in team management
    • Experience in construction or heavy equipment business
