    - 5+ years' experience in QC and QA at management level, including at least 2 years in quality control/quality assurance in an Automotive manufacturing environment (Tier 1).
    - Knowledge of ISO and IATF standards.
    - Experience handling customer claims and supporting customer audits.
    - Experience in data analysis, report preparation, and presentation development.
    - Business-level English or Thai, or Japanese N2 or higher.
