  • Job Description

    - Receive orders from customers and update the delivery schedule
    - Responsible for inventory control for both domestic and international operations
    - Manage inventory and delivery schedules by contacting overseas branches and suppliers
    - Prepare purchase orders (POs) and issue invoices
    - Arrange shipments with suppliers or warehouses (ocean, air, truck)
    - Check documents related to export customs clearance and export entry
    - Provide weekly and monthly reports to the reporting line
    - Other tasks as assigned by the manager

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Bachelor's degree in any field
    - At least 2 years' experience in customer service related to inventory control in a trading or manufacturing company
    - At least 2 years' experience managing import/export documents and processes
    - Business-level English
    - Driving license

    - Experience in trading or automobile companies
    - Experience with export entry
    - Proficient in Outlook email and Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTable)
