  • Summary of the case and submit a report on customer complaints
  • Searching for cause Quality Solutions
  • Supports customer audit in process and product areas.
  • Follow - up and Summary supplier update report.
  • Prepare product co-check (new supplier and change request.)
  • Prepare for approval. PPAP for new suppliers (Both new and changed cases and cases.)
  • Follow - up raw material inspection. And finished products for new products at the start of production
  • Follow-up of checking materials ( finished products for current products.)
  • Have a knowlegde and understanding products, such as Work on standardized, test methods.
  • Develop monitoring methods. To better and save time.
  • Prepare inspection standard for customer approval
  • Training methods for QC members.
  • Select and purchase measuring instruments for raw material and finished goods. At least 5 year of experience on QA in automotive Industry
  • Training for members according to the annual plan.
