  [Roles & Responsibilities]
  The Manager oversees customs brokerage operations for ocean shipments, ensuring all import and export activities comply with customs laws, regulations, and company standards. This role is essential to driving operational efficiency, reducing clearance delays, and maintaining high service quality for customers. The Manager leads the team in coordinating documentation, liaising with customs and relevant authorities, resolving issues, and continuously improving processes. This position plays a key role in strengthening customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and the company’s credibility as a reliable logistics service provider.
  
  - Lead and manage the daily operations of the Ocean Customs Clearance Team.
  - Ensure accurate and timely submission of import/export declarations (LCL, FCL, special cargo).
  - Review and verify customs documentation, HS codes, tariff classifications, and tax calculations.
  - Monitor shipment status, troubleshoot clearance issues, and provide solutions to avoid delays.
  - Ensure compliance with customs regulations, government laws, and company SOPs.
  - Identify process improvement opportunities and implement operational efficiency initiatives.
  - Prepare reports, analyze operational data, and support management in decision-making.
  - Provide support for customs-related matters handled by other branches.
  - Guide team members, foster their growth, and enhance overall customs clearance capabilities.
