Job Description
- Prepare employment contracts, maintain employee personal records, and manage the personnel database.
- Coordinate and track the performance evaluation process for employees during their probation period.
- Execute the end-to-end recruitment process to fulfill manpower requirements.
- Plan and organize training sessions to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
- Oversee and monitor the performance of maid services and security guards to ensure office cleanliness and safety.
- Manage and maintain the stock of office stationery, equipment, and other necessary supplies.
- Liaise and coordinate with relevant government agencies (e.g., Social Security Office, Department of Employment).
- Organize and execute corporate events and employee relations activities according to the company’s annual plan.
- Provide professional translation and interpretation between Thai and Chinese for various documents and meetings.
- Responsible for other tasks and special projects as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications
Requirement
- Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Human Resources, Political Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in administrative or HR functions, or as a Chinese interpreter.
- Chinese proficiency: HSK4 or above.
- English: Conversational level.
- Able to use Microsoft Word and Excel to create and edit documents and spreadsheets, and to compose professional emails.English Level
