  • Job Description

    - Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and close sales with customers.
    - Manage key accounts and expand business through inside sales activities.
    - Maintain accurate customer contact information and relationships.
    - Promote company services and coordinate with internal teams to support customer needs.
    - Monitor service quality to ensure customer satisfaction.
    - Track market trends, competitors, and report to management.
    - Prepare daily activity reports and achieve assigned KPIs.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    - Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, logistics, or a related field.
    - Experience in key account management, sales, or customer relationship roles in freight forwarding.
    - Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
    - Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet sales targets under pressure.
    - Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint and MS365)
    - Good Command in English
