  【Job Summary】
  - Create import/export documents
  - Communicate with oversea customers and suppliers regarding orders, deliveries, product information
  - Prepare purchase and sale contract, delivery order Sheet, tax Invoice, bills
  - Create and maintain customer master data, and new product data into company system
  - Coordinate with other departments especially accountants for a smooth workflow and operation
  - assist in managing and tracking purchase documents
  - Provides secretarial support to all sales members
  - Other assigned tasks
