    - Drive initiatives to improve candidate experience and employer branding
    - Maintain recruitment database, applicant tracking system, and reporting dashboards
    - Ensure the recruitment process complies with internal policies, procedures, and audit requirements
    - Continuously improve recruitment efficiency, sourcing effectiveness, and hiring cycle timelines
    - Prepare monthly reports related to HR
    - Support employee engagement and employee activities
    - Handle outsourcing activities
    - Handle all recruitment agreements

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, or Human Resource Management
    - Minimum 7 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition within IT or technology-related business

    Advantages:
