• Job Description

  * Manage and maintain documentation in strict compliance with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards.
  * Lead the registration, screening, and performance evaluation of new and existing vendors.
  * Monitor and control raw material stock levels to ensure optimal supply.
  * Register and evaluate new vendors and ontrol raw material stock
  * Local & Overseas purchasing, Issue PO, delivery and others.
  * Ensure compliance with purchasing policies, procedures, and controls
  * Select and negotiate with vendors to obtain the best terms and prices
  * Process raw material requisitions and issue Purchase Orders (PO) on time
  * Record and maintain the document in SAP system
  * Submit PO approvals and prepare summary reports
  * Track and manage open orders to ensure on-time delivery
  * Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers regarding quality issues (NG cases) until closure
  * Send raw material samples for testing and follow up on results
  * Coordinate with Finance for advance payments and TT payments
  * Perform other assigned duties
