Job Description
- Collect, structure, and manage market data (campaign performance, partner data, customer insights)
- Analyze data to identify ICP (Ideal Customer Profile), use cases, pain points, and demand signals
- Translate insights into go-to-market strategies, positioning, and business initiatives
- Design and execute experiments (campaigns, content, partner outreach) with clear KPIs
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to drive execution
- Build feedback loops between market insights, product development, and messaging strategies
- Continuously analyze performance and optimize strategies to improve lead quality, conversion, and revenue
Qualifications
Requirement
- 2–5 years of experience in Business Development, Strategy, Consulting, or Growth roles
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies
- Ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous, or startup environments
- Strong self-leadership and ability to manage tasks independently under defined OKRs
- Preferred: Experience in B2B, SaaS, Tech, AI, or startup environmentsEnglish Level
