  Position Overview:
  We are seeking a highly motivated professional to strengthen our global finance and management functions. This role will be responsible for supporting and improving financial and administrative operations across our overseas subsidiaries, primarily in Asia (Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam, etc.).
  The ideal candidate will play a key role in enhancing governance, financial reporting, and operational efficiency across the group.
  
  Key Responsibilities:
  - Support and drive improvements in administrative and financial management processes at overseas subsidiaries
  - Conduct financial analysis and prepare reports for overseas group companies
  - Coordinate with overseas offices on accounting and financial matters, identifying issues and implementing solutions
  - Perform internal audits for overseas entities
  - Support planning and execution of group-wide projects
  - Communicate closely with country heads and local managers in each overseas location
  - Provide on-site support to overseas management through business travel
  - Travel to assigned countries approximately once every 2–3 months (3–4 days per trip)
