  • Job Description

    【Responsibilities】
    - Conduct research and develop new food products, as well as improve existing products for better quality and performance.
    - Test formulations/prototypes to evaluate characteristics, taste, and suitability.
    - Analyze experimental results and prepare detailed reports.
    - Prepare documentation for Thai FDA approval, including ingredient certificates, product formulas, and other required documents.
    - Coordinate with relevant internal and external departments to ensure product development meets standards and deadlines.
    - Keep track of industry trends and new technologies to propose development directions.
    - Occasionally travel to other provinces for work-related tasks as required.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Requirement】
    - Bachelor’s degree or higher in Food Science, Nutrition, Chemistry, or related fields.
    - Over 3 years of direct experience in Food R&D and preparing documentation for Thai FDA approval.
    - English proficiency TOEIC 500 or higher.
    - Driver License

    【Preferred Skills】
    - Expertise in recipe development.
    - Background in Frozen / Ready-to-eat food products development.
    - Understanding of GMP / ISO / HACCP standards (for Food industries).
