- Develop daily, weekly, and monthly production plans to meet sales targets and customer requirements.- Control raw material usage and manage resources efficiently to reduce waste and improve productivity.- Oversee all production processes such as fermentation, pickling, processing, packaging, and storage, ensuring compliance with GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards.- Monitor and troubleshoot production line issues to ensure smooth and timely operations.- Analyze and improve production processes using Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, or other continuous improvement methodologies.- Collaborate with the R&D team to test and develop new fermentation or pickling recipes using local raw materials.- Supervise and develop the production team, manage workforce allocation, and evaluate performance.- Coordinate with Purchasing, Warehouse, Sales, and Engineering departments to ensure operational efficiency.- Prepare production reports and improvement plans for management review.
