Job Description
Job Summary:
To oversee human resources development functions. The ideal candidate will focus on organizational management, human resource development, competency frameworks, and career path planning.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic HR Initiatives
Develop HR strategies aligned with business objectives, supporting talent development, change management, and organizational effectiveness. Lead initiatives for performance management, talent management, and succession planning.
2. Human Resource Development
Develop HR programs, assess training needs, and analyze program effectiveness using performance evaluations and KPIs.
3. Competency & Career Path Planning
Manage competency frameworks, and develop career paths and development plans, including succession planning and leadership development.
4. Management Reporting & Compliance
Monitor and improve HRD management reports.
Qualifications
Requirement
[Must]
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 5 years of direct experience in HRD
- Business-level English
[Advantage]
- Experience in the manufacturing sector
- Knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations
- Proven experience in HRD and organizational strategies including organization design, career path, talent management, succession planning, and job evaluationEnglish Level
