Job Description

-Organize and optimize the warehouse layout to facilitate efficient storage and retrieval of materials.-Conduct meetings with customers to address warehouse-related issues and manage orders.-Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for receiving, storage, and distribution activities.-Supervise and train warehouse staff on proper handling, storage, and packaging techniques.-Collaborate with the Customer Service and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment and delivery.-Maintain accurate inventory records using appropriate inventory management systems.-Perform regular inventory audits and cycle counts to identify discrepancies and take corrective actions.-Implement quality control procedures to identify and address non-conforming materials.-Prepare and maintain accurate documentation related to inventory, receipts, shipments, and other warehouse activities.-Generate regular reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and operational metrics.-Analyze data and identify trends or areas for improvement to optimize warehouse operations.-Coordinate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance overall efficiency.-Handle additional assignments as required.
