  • Job Description

    • Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products
    • Ensure inventory accuracy through proper stock management, stock counting, and reporting
    • Coordinate with the E-commerce team to prepare and fulfill orders from online platforms in a timely manner
    • Monitor stock levels and report low inventory to relevant teams for replenishment planning
    • Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety standards
    • Support product preparation and logistics for livestream sales activities when required

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
    • 1–3 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or E-commerce fulfillment
    • Basic understanding of inventory management, stock control, and order fulfillment processes
    • Familiar with E-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, or TikTok Shop is an advantage
    • Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
    • Physically fit and able to handle warehouse activities when required
