  • Job Description

    - Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets in Modern Trade channels
    - Manage and expand key accounts (e.g., 7-Eleven, Lotus’s, Makro, Big C)
    - Negotiate trade terms, promotions, and shelf space with major retailers
    - Lead, coach, and develop a team of 5–6 sales staff to maximize performance
    - Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and prepare reports using Excel
    - Present sales plans and performance reports in English to management
    - Coordinate with Marketing and Supply Chain teams to ensure smooth operations
    - Manage inventory planning and ensure product availability

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
    - 1-3 years of experience in FMCG sales (Snack industry is a plus)
    - At least 1 years of experience managing Modern Trade key accounts
    - Strong leadership and team management skills
    - Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (data analysis, P&L calculation)
    - Strong presentation skills (PowerPoint or Google Slides)
    - Excellent English communication skills (presentation & reporting)
    - Result-oriented with strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
