  • Job Description

    - Coordinate with customers, vendors, and suppliers to ensure smooth purchasing and delivery operations
    - Work closely with the sales team to support order processing and delivery schedules
    - Issue and manage Purchase Orders (PO) and Invoices
    - Monitor and control inventory and stock levels
    - Perform inventory checks and ensure accuracy of stock records
    - Track delivery status and ensure timely shipment to customers
    - Handle documentation related to purchasing and logistics processes
    - Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields
    - Experience in purchasing, logistics, or coordination roles is preferred
    - Basic knowledge of inventory control and purchasing process
    - Good communication and coordination skills
    - Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
    - Detail-oriented and responsible
