Job Description
- Configure and deploy laptops and desktops
- Troubleshoot and repair network devices (routers, switches, etc.)
- Diagnose and replace faulty server hardware components
- Provide basic IT support and technical assistance
- Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned
Qualifications
Requirement
- Fresh graduates are welcome (training will be provided)
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Engineering, Electronics/Telecommunications, Computer Science, or related field
- Able to communicate effectively in English (verbal and written)
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, networking, and server components
- Responsible, hands-on, and willing to learn
- Must be willing to take and pass professional IT certification exams after joiningEnglish Level
