Job Description
As the Sales Manager for Professional Tools, you will be responsible for overseeing sales operations and driving the growth of Professional Tool brands. The role focuses on managing distributor partners, expanding sales channels, and strengthening relationships with end users through product demonstrations and business presentations.
Success in this role will be measured by the ability to achieve and exceed sales targets while expanding market presence.
Sales & Channel Management
- Oversee sales operations and coordinate activities related to professional tool brands.
- Manage distributor and channel partners to drive revenue growth.
- Evaluate partner sales performance and recommend improvement strategies.
Business Development
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners in assigned territories.
- Collaborate with partners to develop and implement business strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Build strong working relationships with distributors and partners.
Customer Engagement & Product Promotion
- Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and business presentations to end users.
- Promote Professional Tool brands through both on-site and virtual demonstrations.
Sales Planning & Forecasting
- Lead sales pipeline management and identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare and monitor monthly sales forecasts with channel partners to support supply chain planning.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer demand.
Market Intelligence
- Monitor major public and private sector mega projects to identify potential business opportunities.
- Stay updated on industry developments and competitor activities.
E-Commerce Development
- Expand and develop E-commerce sales channels together with partners.
Product Knowledge
- Maintain strong knowledge of product applications, technical features, pricing structures, and selling points.
Qualifications
Requirement
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales operations, business development, or channel/distributor management.
- At least 2 years of experience in a managerial or team leadership role within a sales organization.
- Experience working with B2B customers, distributors, or channel partners in a commercial or industrial environment (verifiable via prior roles or references).
- Basic understanding of technical products, equipment, or industrial-related solutions (evidenced by prior roles or references).
- Demonstrated experience managing sales performance and business opportunities, including analyzing sales data and making decisions to improve results.English Level
