Job Description
-Lead end-to-end Talent Management processes, ensuring effective execution of Talent Identification, Talent Review, and Succession Planning initiatives.
-Support and facilitate the Individual Development Plan (IDP) process by providing guidance and recommendations to managers and employees on impactful development actions.
-Coordinate and deliver Talent Development initiatives, including Leadership Programs, Coaching, and Mentoring, to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
-Manage and maintain relationships with external vendors and assessment providers, including budget monitoring and required documentation.
-Partner with Line Managers as a key point of contact for talent-related matters, internal mobility initiatives, and learning culture development.
-Design and implement engagement and retention initiatives to support the development and retention of high-potential employees.
-Prepare and analyze talent analytics and reports (dashboards and insights) to support management decision making.
-Perform other HR-related responsibilities as assigned to support overall team objectives.
Qualifications

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Talent Management, Learning and Development (L&D), or Organization Development (OD).
- TOEIC 550+ (or equivalent) English proficiency.
- Demonstrated experience translating data insights into actionable HR solutions.
Advantages:
