  • Job Description

    - Manage and delegate responsibilities to engineers and technicians
    - Manage new model preparation schedules to achieve mass production timelines (machine installation, trials, process preparation, etc.)
    - Lead teams to optimize manufacturing processes, focusing on efficiency, quality, and cost by driving technical improvements and resolving production issues
    - Coach, mentor, and manage engineering teams, fostering skill development and managing performance
    - Drive technical solutions and resolve production-floor issues
    - Lead engineering teams, set goals, and manage new projects
    - Implement Kaizen and problem-solving methodologies

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electronic, Mechatronics, or Industrial Engineering)
    - 13+ years' experience in Production Engineering
    - 3–5 years' experience at Assistant Manager level or above
    - Business-level Japanese (JLPT N3 or higher) and experience working at Japanese manufacturers
    - Experience leading engineering teams and managing new projects, including driving technical solutions,
    resolving production-floor issues, and applying Kaizen/process-improvement methods
