  • Job Description

    - Effectively supervise and manage subordinates
    - Manage and supervise the QMS (ISO 9001, ISO 14000)
    - Lead ISO audits within the QA department
    - Identify problems, determine possible solutions, and actively work to resolve issues
    - Communicate effectively with suppliers about quality issues and provide solutions
    - Perform multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines
    - Manage manpower
    - Report any problems to the manager

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    [Must]
    - Experience in QC or QA roles in a manufacturing industry.
    - Experience in handling audits, such as ISO audits.
    - Proficiency in using measurement tools (e.g., dial gauges, micrometers, calipers).
    - Knowledge of manufacturing processes, such as machining, casting, assembly, and rubber production.

    - Experience in both QC and QA in Japanese companies
    - Proficiency in English (reading and speaking)
    - Japanese language proficiency
