Job Description
- Update all Freight, WHM, PL and logistics invoices in the ERP system. Monthly circulation of SOAs to agents and obtain confirmations. Ensure invoices are dispatched as per instructions given by Operations/Finance to facilitate timely collection of dues.
- Ensure proper internal control practices are implemented and maintained over transactions, and carry out spot checks to streamline and improve processes.
- Close month-end, year-end, and annual audit tasks. Collaborate with regulatory bodies such as the Tax Department and Central Bank of Thailand as required.
- Attend center-related requirements.
- Ensure accurate and timely debtor control and collection of dues.
- Strictly adhere to and live by company and Group values at all times by acting as an example and encouraging others to do the same.
- Perform additional duties commensurate with the current role, as requested by management.
Qualifications
Requirement

Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
- 4+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or an audit firm.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP finance systems.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and statutory regulations.
- Business-level English, written and spoken.
Advantages:
