Job Description
Recruitment & Hiring
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
- Take a key role in recruiting sales-related positions, such as Sales, Business Development, and Technical Sales.
- Ensure HR operations comply with Thai labor laws and company policies.
- Maintain employee records, employment contracts, probation tracking, and personnel changes.
Payroll & Social Security
- Handle payroll processing, including salary calculations, overtime, and employee benefits.
- Manage Social Security (SSO) matters such as employee registration, information updates, and termination procedures.
Administration & Office Management
- Oversee daily office administration tasks, including vendor coordination, office supply procurement, and facility management.
- Liaise with external parties such as accounting firms, legal advisors, and government authorities.
- Provide administrative support to management and assist with daily office operations.
Qualifications
Requirement
【Must】
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HR & Admin or a related field.
- Experience in recruitment, including hiring for sales positions such as Sales, Business Development, and Technical Sales.
- Knowledge of Thai labor law, payroll management, and HR administration.
- Hands-on experience with payroll processing and Social Security (SSO) procedures.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
