  • Job Description

    - Work together with Japanese colleagues on the insurance renewal process, such as preparing insurance renewal notices and recommending strategies to propose to clients.
    - Prepare the insurance renewal notice and submit it to the client, including comparisons between the existing insurer and other insurers.
    - Handle claims when they occur.
    - Prepare new insurance quotations.
    - Visit existing clients to explain the renewal insurance coverage conditions.
    - Update the weekly and monthly reports.
    - Support new project development and other related team work.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    - Bachelor’s degree in any field
    - Over 3 years' experience managing Non-Life existing clients
    - Business-level English for speaking, reading, and writing
    - Able to perform both Account Executive and administrative tasks

    【Advantage】
    - Typing skills in both English and Thai
    - Computer skills including Excel, Word, and presentation software
