  • Job Description

    [Job responsibilities]
    1. Responsible to update Customer Specific Requirement (CSR) and Training/ Communicate to ASEAN Plant Review and analyze test results to ensure compliance with OEM specifications and regulatory requirements.
    2. Cooperate with ASEAN plant on Customer's Audit and activities
    3. Cooperate with plant on Perform root cause analysis of errors and non-conformances and implement corrective action for Customer Nonconformity
    4. Monitor Customer Satisfaction and support for risk and opportunity evaluation based on customer expectation
    5. Support all Yokohama Parties for OE Customer's activities and new model approval
    Support OE approval processes, including PPAP, PSW, and technical documentation submissions (as applicable).

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    - Bachelor's Degree or higher, in Chemical or Polymer or Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or Automotive Engineering
    - Experience in;
    oWorking for manufacturing sector
    oWorking directly with OEM customers (automotive manufacturers or assemblers) is preferred.
    oKnowledge of tire construction, materials, and performance characteristics is an advantage.
    - Must have Certificate IATF 16949
    - Good command of English (TOEIC 500 or more)

    【Advantage】
    - Minimum 2 years of experience in OE engineering, automotive components, or tire development
    - Basic skill of Excel / Word / Power Point
    - Data Analysis and Interpretation
