Job Description
The Inbound Sales Executive is responsible for expanding inbound tourism business by developing international partnerships, managing relationships with co-agents and online distributors, and creating attractive inbound tour products.
This role plays a key part in strengthening global market presence through strategic B2B collaboration, digital distribution channels, and innovative product development.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Partnership Management
- Identify and establish partnerships with new international co-agents, including markets across Asia and Europe
- Maintain strong relationships with overseas travel agencies, tour operators, and online distributors
- Negotiate mutually beneficial agreements and long-term collaborations
2. Inbound Product Development
- Develop, design, and update inbound tour packages tailored to international markets
- Monitor inbound tourism trends, customer preferences, and market demands
- Ensure product competitiveness and alignment with global travel expectations
3. Online Distribution & Digital Marketing
- Collaborate with Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) such as Klook, KKday, Trip.com, Viator, Traveloka
- Manage product listings and bookings across online platforms
- Promote inbound products through digital channels and social media
4. Sales Operations & Booking Management
- Manage inbound bookings received via online distributors, company websites, and social media channels
- Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure smooth service delivery
- Monitor booking performance and provide regular sales reports
5. Networking & Supplier Coordination
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local suppliers, tour operators, and service providers
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand inbound product offerings
Qualifications
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields
- Minimum 3–5 years experience in inbound tourism business development
- Proven experience establishing partnerships with international travel agencies and co-agents
- Strong knowledge of inbound tourism trends and international travel markets
- Familiarity with OTA platforms and online travel distribution systems
- Experience in CRM management and digital marketing
- Strong negotiation and B2B relationship management skills
- Well-established network within the tourism industry
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)English Level
