Job Description
• Designing and developing mechanical systems and components for various projects.
• Conducting research and analysis to determine the feasibility, performance, and cost-effectiveness of mechanical designs.
• Creating detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and documentation for manufacturing and assembly.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of mechanical systems with other disciplines.
• Performing calculations, simulations, and tests to validate and optimize mechanical designs.
• Troubleshooting and resolving mechanical issues during the development, testing, and production phases.
• Participating in design reviews and providing technical expertise and recommendations.
• Ensuring compliance with industry standards, codes, and regulations in all mechanical designs.
• Managing and coordinating projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Keeping up-to-date with advancements in mechanical engineering technology and techniques.
Qualifications
Requirement
【Must】
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical major
- Approximately 3-5 years of experience in non-standard equipment development in electronic industry, and successful experience in leading projects by yourself is required
- Basic English or Chinese communication skills (English is preferred)
- Proficient in design software (3D PROE, Solidworks, and 2D AUTOCAD)
- Mechanical design experience is preferred (ok for different industry)
- Understanding/Experience of the main production process (dispensing, locking screws, labeling, image testing, etc.) is preferred
- Good communication skills: have the ability to work under pressure and bear hardships obey the arrangement of the company, accept business trips and overtime work arrangementsEnglish Level
