Job Description
【Product Lines】
- Auto Parts: Injection-molded plastic parts used in the automotive industry
- Injection Parts for Industry: Plastic molded parts for consumer electronics, semiconductors, and other industrial applications
【Job Responsibilities】
- Design production equipment, jigs, and fixtures used in manufacturing processes
- Create mechanical drawings and design layouts using AutoCAD and other design tools
- Develop new equipment concepts, specifications, and detailed designs based on production requirements
- Improve existing equipment to enhance productivity, quality, and safety
- Coordinate with production, maintenance, and engineering teams to understand technical requirements
- Support equipment installation, testing, and commissioning
- Prepare design documents, BOMs, and technical reports
- Troubleshoot issues related to equipment design and propose effective solutions
Qualifications
Requirement
【Must】
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Experience in mechanical design or equipment design
- Proficiency in AutoCAD
【Advantage】
- Experience in designing equipment for plastic injection molding or assembly processes
- Hands-on experience with equipment testing, installation, or modification
- Basic English communication skillsEnglish Level
