• Job Description

  -Prepare quotations and manage the RFQ (Request for Quotation) process to increase business opportunities.
  -Prepare for new part launches by gaining a clear understanding of the production process.
  -Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies in alignment with organizational goals and market trends.
  -Coordinate new product (New Model) launch preparations.
  -Support customer relationship–building activities.
  -Receive initial customer complaints and coordinate problem resolution.
  -Analyze sales data and identify trends to improve performance.
  -Explore and penetrate new markets, including new target customer groups, to expand the business.
  -Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adjust sales strategies.
  -Support and comply with the department’s Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  -Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
  -Monitor sales forecasts to ensure alignment with customer demand.
