Job Description
- Lead end-to-end HRM & HRD functions (Recruitment, Payroll, Welfare, ER, HR Strategy)
- Oversee recruitment strategy to reduce high turnover and expand HR team when necessary
- Manage payroll system (monthly & daily payroll – 2 payment cycles)
- Supervise HR database, documentation, and employee records
- Manage labor relations activities and internal engagement programs
- Oversee migrant labor management (agency coordination, work permit renewals)
- Handle employee welfare: Social Security, health check-ups, group insurance (planned)
- Prepare HR reports for Owner
- Manage and develop HR team effectively
- Strengthen internal communication and positive workplace culture
Qualifications
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 10+ years experience in HR management
- Strong knowledge of Thai labor law and migrant labor regulations
- Experience managing 500+ employees (daily & monthly payroll) preferred
- Leadership mindset with problem-solving ability
- Able to work closely with factory and branch operationsEnglish Level
