    - Have knowledge of ISO 9001 management
    - Have Knowledge with rollers (Roughness, Hardness) and Experience in bearing replacement
    - Can use Microsoft office Program
    - Able to handle problems and emergencies, able to work overtime
    - Able to work under pressure and able to work in shifts
