Job Description
Job Purpose: To support the effective management of compensation, benefits, and payroll processes across the organization.
The role ensures accurate payroll outsourcing coordination, maintains HR systems, and supports internal equity and market competitiveness through regular market surveys ,analysis and job evaluation
- Coordinate and control payroll processing with external outsourcing vendors to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company policy and legal requirements.
- Validate and reconcile payroll data, including attendance, overtime, allowances, and deductions.
- Generate monthly payroll reports and summaries for management and audit purposes.
- Maintain and manage employee data in the Human Resources Management System (HRMS), ensuring system integrity and accuracy.
- Conduct market salary surveys and benchmarking studies to analyze internal salary positioning and external competitiveness.
- Support the annual salary structure review, merit increase process, and other compensation-related projects.
Qualifications
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in Payroll, Compensation & Benefits or HR operations.
- Strong understanding of payroll processes, labor law, and benefits administration.
- Proficient in HRMS and Microsoft Excel; experience with payroll outsourcing vendors is an advantage.
- Good at speaking English.English Level
