    [Responsibilities]
    - Correspondence with head office (Mainly in HR operations, but sometimes need to correspond in legal, compliance, internal audit, general affairs, etc.)
    - Operations related to expatriates and business travelers (payroll, visa and work permit related, hotel, airline tickets, car arrangements, etc.)
    - Recruitment related
    - Operations related to human resource development (training, OJT to each department, JD follow-up, etc.) Assist with other duties that I am currently in charge of

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    - Bachelor's degree
    - Management experience in HR filed at least 5 years
    *Strong expertise in human resources, including payroll processing, labor relations, performance evaluations, talent development, recruitment, and ISO 9001 documentation management (recruitment & training), etc.
    - Japanese: N2 up
