  • Job Description

    - Provide comprehensive support for Japanese sales representatives
    - Accompany sales representatives on customer visits (including taking meeting minutes and handling follow-up tasks)
    - Prepare quotations, proposals, and other sales-related documents
    - Support sales activities at exhibitions and events
    - Provide basic Japanese–Thai interpretation and translation as required
    - Coordinate and communicate with customers and internal departments
    - Perform other administrative and support tasks related to sales activities
    Note: This position does not involve sales targets or new customer development.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    [Must]
    - Bachelor's degree in any filed
    - Over 2 years of Sales Assistant
    - Japanese skill (JLPT N3 up / Communicate with Japanese staff)
    - Can visit factories, manufacturing sites, and rubber plantations without problem

    [Advantage]
    - Experience in Japanese company or trading company
    - Can communicate actively with clients
