  • Job Description

    Key Responsibilities
    1) Sales Management & Business Development
    • Develop and execute sales plans (monthly/quarterly/annual) to achieve revenue and profit targets.
    • Identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts (Key Accounts).
    • Build and manage sales pipeline, forecasting, and customer visit plans (Call Plan).
    • Conduct market and competitor analysis to support growth in the Northern region / industrial estates.

    2) Japanese Customer Management (Key Account Handling)
    • Manage key accounts, with strong focus on Japanese customers / Japanese companies.
    • Communicate, attend meetings, and negotiate with customers in Japanese (including presentations and summaries).
    • Handle customer requests, concerns, and complaints, coordinating with internal teams to ensure professional resolution.

    3) Quotation, Contract & Profitability Control
    • Prepare quotations and propose suitable logistics solutions for customers.
    • Coordinate internal approval and support documentation for contracts/service agreements.
    • Work closely with Operations/CS/Finance to ensure pricing, cost awareness, and profitability control.

    4) Cross-functional Coordination
    • Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, Customer Service, Customs, Warehouse, Trucking) to ensure service quality and SLA achievement.
    • Collaborate with HQ, other branches, and NX global network to support cross location customer requirements.

    5) Team Leadership & Reporting
    • Lead, coach, and monitor sales team performance and KPIs.
    • Provide guidance on sales skills, customer management, and closing techniques.
    • Prepare regular sales reports, pipeline updates, and performance presentations for management.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    - Bachelor’s degree
    - Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience
    - At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory/managerial role
    - Good command of Japanese (JLPT N2 up)
    - Good command of English (At least conversational)
    - Able to travel for customer visits within Chiang Mai/Lamphun/Northern region and occasionally to other provinces
    - Able to work on every Saturday (Half day)
    - Driving license

    【Advantage】
    - Having experience in logistics industry preferred
    - Strong experience handling corporate clients; experience with Japanese accounts is highly preferred
    - Knowledge of logistics services (Air/Ocean, Customs, Warehouse, Trucking) and basic cost/pricing understanding.
    - Strong leadership, accountability, and result-driven mindset
    - Having own car is an advantage
