    - General factory operations and on-site management : 80%　
    - Response to International quality standards audits & Customer audits : 20%

    - Oversee overall factory operations, including production planning, manpower management, and daily operations.
    - Ensure product quality, safety standards, and compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
    - Drive productivity improvement, cost control, and continuous improvement initiatives.
    - Manage equipment, maintenance plans, and capital investment projects.
    - Lead and develop factory teams while maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    [Must]
    - English communication level
    - Familiar with ISO9001, ISO14001, IATF16949, etc. and able to handle audits.
    - Can speak logically and who can take the initiative to build teamwork rather than just giving instructions.an speak logically and who can take the initiative to build teamwork rather than just giving instructions.
    ・Candidates with experience in either of the following:
    - Experience in General factory management at a Plastic sheet / Thin metal sheet die-cutting processing manufacturer.　ex. Film, Double-sided tape, Thin-foam, Thin metal, etc.
    - Experience as a Production manager or Factory manager at a manufacturer of Double-sided tape, Optical film,　Thin foam, or Thin metal plates.
