Job Description
1.Lead and supervise the sales team to ensure achievement of individual and team sales targets.
2.Coach, train, recruit, and motivate sales staff, providing guidance and support to improve performance.
3.Monitor daily sales activities, ensuring adherence to company policies, sales processes, service standards and meet targets.
4.Assist in developing sales strategies and action plans in coordination with the Sales Director/ VP Sales
5.Track and analyze sales performance data, preparing regular reports and recommending improvements.
6.Maintain strong client relationships, assisting in resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.
7.Identify new market opportunities and support the team in approaching potential clients.
8.Ensure effective use of CRM tools to manage client data, lead, pipelines, and reporting.
9.Provide feedback to management on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
10.Any additional responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications
Requirement
【Must】
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field (Golf Management)
- Good command in English/Chinese/Korean/Japanese is a plus
- 5-10+ years experiences in sales or golf-related sales experiences
- 3+ experiences in team building and team management
- Experience and working knowledge of golf industry and golf passion is a plus
- Experience in sales of golf business, real estate, sport, insurance, credit card, member card or hospitality etc. is a plusEnglish Level
